Analyze

On-screen cross comparisons of any shifts, any of the data fields, and any date range can be easily exported to a .CSV file for quick uploads to your Excel database. Build and save your own custom reports for quick and accurate reporting. We also built in columns that automatically calculate the differences between the compared field values.

Downtime and custom alerts

Our email alert application will alert the appropriate contact or contact group based on your shift schedule. Tracker comes with downtime alerting preloaded - consisting of initial dowtime event, extended period of downtime, and end of downtime. Each alert can have a different group of contacts.

Tracker also allows for you to set your own custom alert parameters and contact groups so everyone will stay informed and operate more efficiently. We have also programmed Tracker to notify all contacts in the event that Tracker goes down to ensure a quick restart with minimal data loss.

Always have access to real-time data

Our mobile access program allows you to get real-time data while out of the office via any device with an internet browser.

A simplified scoreboard view was designed to be used on large monitors throughout the plant to easily inform everyone of each machines current status, and job status using the same color-coded background as in the line status screen.

Quick and easy installation

The host PC or server is the only device that will have Tracker installed on it, which makes updates to the program as easy as copying the updated application over the old file and restarting the application. There is no software installation necessary on any other workstations, the applications are accessed through the use of network shortcuts.

Installation of The Tracker is as easy as connecting each machine to any one of The Tracker's lines (16 lines for a Tracker Mini or 48 lines for a Tracker) via a paired 18 - 20 AWG wire (12VDC - 30VDC or 24VAC - 220VAC), the line inputs can be mixed AC/DC because each line is optically isolated. Connect The Tracker to a central PC or server with network access using a Cat5 (up to 1,000 feet) or USB cable (up to 15 feet) and install the software. Finally, plug The Tracker in to a 110 power source.

Easy ERP and MRP integration

Tracker files are stored in a .txt file structure, making for a quick and easy integration into most any ERP or MRP system.

Keep accurate data

A new rebuild feature allows you make a change to historical data, ranging from the last cycle to the very first start of the Tracker, and your data will automatically rebuild in all of the effected files so your information will always be accurate and up-to-date.

If you realize you forgot to start a job that has been running all weekend, just go back and set the job start time and Tracker will rebuild the job to give you your current data.

Access database

Easily manipulate your data with our new Access database feature. Create a file with specific data for reporting, while another file with all of your data is continuously updated every 5 minutes - essentially giving you a real-time Access database.

Search

The search feature allows you to limit the lines viewed on the window to a specific group, with the ability to have an unlimited number of windows open at the same time. On top of the information already displayed on the line status screen, you can also choose any other field and it will be added to the display for each line being monitored.
